You need to start watching "Dora the Explorer" with your wee cousin - or, better yet, get yourself a couple of "Dora the Explorer" books - there is a pronunciation list of all the spanish words - and they usually count to 10!!
Or watch a little more old school Sesame Street so you can learn from Maria and Louise.
